Dr. Olivia Chan Liao, MD

It occurred to that when I submitted a review earlier, I wrote MMA, when I meant to write MMS, meaning the Massachusetts Medical Society.

She cares about us (the patients) and our whole lives

Dr Liao is the best doctor I’ve seen in many years. Very knowledgeable and sharing, pays excellent attention and is kind, gentle with a sense of humor. Hard to impossible to reach outside of appointments, but very PRESENT during them. Thank you Dr Liao !!

Had a very good visit with Dr Liao . First time I see her, it my wife have been seeing her. She spent a good amount of time with me, asked a lot of questions, and as far as dr visits go, it was a very good visit.

Dr. Liao is an excellent and very detailed care giver. Unfortunately, the wait to see her is on average and hour and a half past the appointment time.

Dr. Liao is one of the best eye doctors I've ever been to. Very knowledgeable and comprehensive in her exams. Communicates about all relevant matters. I have been seeing her for 30+ years and have total confidence in her.

I feel quite lucky to have Dr Liao as my eye doctor. She is thorough and so very experienced. I feel absolutely nothing gets missed … and at the same time , if there is nothing to worry about, she will tell you that as well. Wholeheartedly recommend.

I appreciated her direct approach. I didn't want anyone to just seem to suggest that I "maybe" had to follow protocol for a surgery. In the end the surgery went well and I now have much better eyesight. She is brilliant and is willing to stop and explain why things need to be done a certain way. I really appreciated that.
