Dr. Chu is the best Dr. I have ever been to. He is the only eye Dr. I would ever recommend to anyone. He is excellent at what he does. Best staff too. They make you feel like a friend, and comfort you. He earns your trust quickly. I had glaucoma and cataract in both eyes, he operated on 1st eye Oct. 5. There was no pain during or after, perfect vision 1eye. Other eye 2 weeks,looking forward to 2nd eye.He is a unbelievable Dr.

I have never had more problems with my eyes then I do now that I had this surgery. NEVER had dry eye or any other issues. Can not see in right eye and it had been nearly 3 yrs and countless visits to different specialists. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND NOW CAN NOT SEE!! Have Yag and other issues because of the surgery. Chu just brushed it all under the rug.

I met with Dr. Richard Chu at Chu Eye Institute for a cataract evaluation. I was in the waiting room less than 15 minutes before they called me and the entire process was only 1.5 hours. I could not be more pleased with Dr. Chu's bedside manner.. soft spoken, very caring and is highly educated but spoke to me in a way that I could easily understand my diagnosis and treatment. It has been several weeks since my cataract surgery and I am ecstatic over my new vision. I was 20/25 at one day post op and after healing, I am now 20/15. I have never seen better and I cannot thank him enough. <3

I could not be happier with the service I received at Dr. Chu's office. The front office was warm and inviting. Dr. Chu was extremely polite and really took his time to inform me about my cataracts. His surgery girl was nice and took the time to go over every detail of the surgical procedure. I will be recommending this team to all my friends.
