I have never seen someone be so rude! He told me to my face that he did not have time to take care of my needs because i asked him to see me for more than one issue i was having and he completely was rude to me and told me i didnt have to pay him and didnt need to come back to his office ever again so i dont think i will!! Horrible doctor but even more horrible of a person.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Recio office for years, but we have had enough abuse. You could never get anyone to call you back. Takes for ever to get a prescription filled. Staff is very rude. So we decided to move on. If you’re thinking of using this service I would suggest you go elsewhere. We moved to Methodist and has been very refreshing. They treat you like they care.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Recio for the past 18 years. I will never change doctors he is the most knowledgeable Doctor I have ever gone to. He has the vast bedside manors I have ever seen. You wil love him as we do!

I have been a patient of Dr. Recio for years. He is my physician when I am ill, therapist when I am down, always a friend that I can tell anything knowing he cares and listens. I can't fathom going to any other Primary Care Physcian.

I am very dissatisfied with the overall service the doctor is just ok but the office and the male nurse are very rude. I would never recommend it I won't be back

Dr is ok but staff and nurse are very rude they act like they are doing you a favor. I'll never be back or recommend it.

The staff is the worst I ever have to deal with, they act like they are doing you a favor seeing you. I took me over a month to get a diagnostic for gallblader stones. The Dr. Is ok but the staff and nurse are so rude that is not worthy.

He states that if you listen to a patient long enough they will tell you what is wrong with them.

Dr. is good, knows his stuff. This office is so busy that many oversights and mistakes are made. This is unacceptable! Prescription refills are a big concern for me. Staff unresponsive. Calls are not returned, no follow-ups to alert me of what is going on. Have had to go several days without getting prescriptions filled. Will be looking around for a new doctor. A doctor is only as good as the staff. Stay away from this office if you are looking for overall competent medical care.
