Dr. Sandeep Gulati, MD

I’ve been seeing Dr. Gulati for almost a year and I’ve never felt better. With both Medical and Spiritual (Mental Wellness) guidance, Dr.Gulati has given me the opportunities to reach my full potential and not feel held back with my diagnosis of migraines. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at both his offices. The secretaries surrounding his offices, that as far as I’m concerned, take care of their (and a bit of his) responsibilities with 100% commitment and dedication. The support he receives is the support his patients receive but at a much greater length. Their mannerisms towards patients should be bottled up and given to ALOT of other affiliated offices. With much confidence it would be an absolute pleasure to recommend his offices to others in need of a neurologist. On a scale from 1 - 10 Dr. Gulati and his office support team get a 15! ??

I have seen Dr. Gulati one time for a review of two brain MRI scans. What a wonderful doctor and person! Dr. Gulati was thorough in his MRI review, questions, and physical exam. In addition, he was friendly, caring, and took his time (i.e. not once did I feel rushed). Dr. Gulati has an exceptional ability to provide the patient with necessary medical information while also maintaining an approachable and human approach to patient care. He is an expert in his field and a straightforward, calming, warm presence. I am grateful to have him as my doctor. On top of all that his Receptionist, Melissa, is fantastic and sweet as can be.

John Croce the practice manager displays disturbing behavior as in racism, dismissive towards patients care, doesn’t display professionalism, I myself was verbal assaulted by this individual by him and front end staff.

Went to Dr. Gulati for chronic migraine treatment. He was extremely helpful and gave significant insight. His prophylaxis treatments have allowed me to be migraine free for over a month.

I have been under care of Dr. Gulati for 1 year. He is amazing physician who deeply cares about his patients, listens to every issue and responds in a suithing voice adressing every complaint in a very professional manner. He is treating my migraines with Botox with great success. He also diagnosed extremely rare neuriological condition which was causing extreme calf pain. While being under his care that pain became very managable. I would highly recommend Dr. Gulati to anyone.

I've been a patient of r. Gulati for 7 seven years. Upon our first meeting I knew he was the one for me. I had been referred to other neurologist, but none were a observant personal as he. He immediately noticed my gait and reached out to assist me. Unlike the others, he began the testing required to diagnose my MS, and prescibed medications to relieve my discomfort. Upon conformation, we discussed treatment options and followup care to address my illness. He continually checks the progression of my MS and is open to discussion all options

He is an amazing doctor and was the answer to my life long search. i see him every 3 months for botox injections and have not suffered with ONE MIGRAINE IN THE PAST 2 YEARS. Not only did he provide me with a cure, but his warm and caring attitude makes you feel that he is truly interested in your situation. he has gone above and beyond the distance with me and i recommend him to anyone that has been in my position. i have seen him treat other patients with other neurological problems and he is always willing to provide the best care regardless of your problem.
