Moving through day-to-day life can sometimes seem almost confounding; like ‘wow, how did life become so difficult!’ Experiencing major life transitions may sometimes be at the forefront; although, often times there is no obvious explanation for the overwhelming feelings that can completely upset life balance and emotional wellbeing. Sometimes the tools that were effective in managing life stressors in the past just no longer seem to work. I decided upon a career change in 2006 from Information Systems to Mental Health Counseling earning my Masters from Walden University in 2010. I have engaged in live theatre and dance, love music, and any form of art which helps me to see the many shades of gray in each client.
