Very unprofessional visit. She was rude and abrasive and did not listen to my history or the answers I was giving. Talked over me, called me the wrong name twice, incorrectly stated things back to me that I had just told her. Argued with me about my history (this was my first visit). She jumped to conclusions and a diagnosis before completing the exam and testing. I found her to be condescending. I will not be going back to her.

Extremely attentive, thorough, well experienced, and knowledgeable, Dr. Pillai-Allen is a jewel. She offered follow up care if my reoccurring UTIs returned, insisting that she needed to be involved to be able to revise the plan.
