Dr. Chantal Maureen Obrien, MD

I saw Dr. O'Brien for treatment of my Migraines. I tried to correspond with her afterwards regarding treatment options and concerns of mine, and she failed to communicate back with me after my several attempts of reaching her over the course of three weeks. I understand that physicians are busy but to just not return calls or messages through the Uchealth app is poor quality of care. I will be pursuing treatment elsewhere.

I have seen a lot of doctors since I became I'll last year and Dr. O'Brien is by far the best doctor I have ever encountered. She actually listens to everything a patient says and she doesn't give up hope when the answer isn't easily obtained. She answers questions directly and honestly. Dr . O'Brien is the example of what doctors should strive to be. She is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable, empathetic, and tenacious. After 16 months of being sick and seeing doctors all over the US in 14 different specialties it was Dr. O'Brien who figured it out and is giving me my life back. On a side note, she does occasionally run late, but it's not often. And it's because she listens to patients. She spent 90 minutes with me on a follow up visit which took up her lunch break. She didn't look at her phone or the clock, she was present and focused. Something every other doctor wrote off as insignificant she saw as significant and she was right!

I could not ask for a more amazing doctor. Dr. O'Brien has spent time listening to us and going through her thoughts and ideas. I have never had a doctor who took that much time and had that much concern before.She is absolutely amazing and I refer anyone looking for a Neurologist to her. (Even my PCP is impressed with her notes.)

It is unfortunate that you felt you did not have time to deal with the issues I had at hand. This is one of the worst Dr. visits I have ever had in my life. I came to you seeking help,trusting that you could give me the time and care I needed. Only to be as you recall,overcome and distraught over the lack of care provided.I can not and will not forget this horriable day.

This Doctor along with Dr. Spitz, have been well more than EXPERT WITH MYSELF. And I would recomend them to all!!

Dr. O'Brien sat with me on a Saturday night while I was in the hospital for seizure monitoring. She helped me come up with ideas for helping me with ways to reduce my stress and improve my overall health and life. She is a wonderful doctor and person!

Dr. O'Brien is excellent. She is the one to go to if you are tired of the treadmill docs. She sat down with us and listened to everything we had. Very thorough, professional and extremely helpful. She explained everything and took her time while reviewing the films and looked at all the possibilities.
