I have seen several doctors for my neck and back pain over a long period of time, tried conservative treatments and have been recommend surgery by more than one physician, however I was too scared and always put it off, until I met Dr Hays who came highly recommended. Dr Hays exceeded my expectations on all levels, he is extremely knowledgeable, smart, passionate about his patients, takes long time explaining everything to you,understands all your fears and questions and are always happy to answer them with a big smile and down to earth personality. Day one I met him I knew he is the only one I can trust to do my first surgery ever with, now post surgery I am so happy I took that decision, he did an excellent job to say the least, he personally and genuinely followed up to know I am ok. I can not thank him enough or his staff especially Donne , Stacy and Jason who has been so patient with me,my fears,my schedule,answered all my questions and went above and beyond to work around my… time. Dr Hays and his staff are the best in their field.

My husband is a patient here and he luves it. The staff is very welcoming and answer all questions and concerns he has.

I was referred to Dr. Hayes about a year ago after an accident involving an 18 wheeler. He worked with my attorney with a LOP. I paid zero out of pocket until settlement was complete. His staff was on point and compassionate to the patient needs. He acted as pain management until I was able to get the surgery that I needed,ACDF. Yes as normal I had random urinalysis test to make sure I was not abusing drugs and taking the drugs I was prescribed. Writing this review 6 days after my surgery and I feel so much better and very thankful to have such a good doctor. I would recommend him to my mother....

I have been going to Dr. Hayes for over seven years. I have degenerative arthritis in the lower back. Dr. Hayes encouraged alternative methods for pain relief over the years, but we both collectively agreed surgery was a necessity for me recently. In my profession I speak to a lot of physicians and some are not always easy to understand / deal with their egos! Dr. Hayes is informative and spends adequate time explaining what he thinks needs to be done, etc. I BELIEVE he has treated me so I can be pain free throughout the remainder of my days. I would say to anyone considering major surgery - YOU need to do your part. Maybe lose some weight; get your body ready to exercise, etc. But I can assure you Dr. Hayes will take YOUR lifestyle and needs into consideration and treat you with skill, competence, and go beyond what is necessary to help you get better. I highly recommend before you allow others to perform surgery, go see Dr. Hayes at least for another opinion. I think… you will be pleased. Good luck!

The person who posted the review on May 14th. obviously is quite bitter, as I am currently. I had MEND surgery May 16th. and the pain and numbness I am feeling still in my low back and left leg is WORSE than it was before. Granted it has only been 4 days since my surgery so I will reserve complete judgement until I am more certain. I did find his "bedside manners" very lacking and his genuine concern absent. If you are on the fence regarding whether to have the non-invasive surgery I would definitely get a second opinion.

Dr. Hayes is a non-caring liar and a theif with no bed side manner who wants nothing more than our money. They run a perpetual insurance scam and care nothing about you or your spine. Almost 98% of the positive reviews you read on line are written by his friends, family or office staff. They are lies! Do your homework and save yourself, your body, your money and your dignity by steering clear of Trinity Spine center. They are nothing more than criminals that hide behind a series of law suit proof malpractice legal loop holes that their team or well retained Jak-off lawyers use to protect Dr. Hayes from the endless malpractice suits that he should be found guilty for. Dicktor Hayes you may have a lot of money that you have shamelessly scammed out of your poor victims, but that money will never change the fact that you are a liar, a thief, a scam artist and a complete failure as a human being.
