Dr. Lori Suzanne Snyder, MD

I went to Winchester Eye Associates for a myriad of complex eye problems that other physicians misdiagnosed. Dr. Snyder healed me. She really cares about her patients. I've been doing to her for years and can't recommend her more.

Dr Lori Snyder and her staff kept me waiting for almost 3 hours for a regular eye exam. My appointment was at 3pm and I was there early. The waiting room was packed when I arrived but the crowd had trimmed down significantly by the time I was called in by the doctor’s assistant. The assistant ran all the eye tests and before she was done she had already apologized at least four times for having me wait so long. But it wasn’t her fault. I was relieved when she finally said that the doctor would see me shortly. So, I waited patiently for Dr Snyder but after 30+minutes it was clear that she was next door with a patient and I could hear them talking about matters not even medically related. It was in my face. I was very frustrated and greatly disappointed as she was so inconsiderate of me and my time. Finally, I could not endure it any longer and just headed out to the lobby without seeing Dr Snyder. By this time, it was close to 6pm, all lights in the clinic were off and all other… staff had left for the day. I will never go back to that awful practice but I will ask them to send all test results so I can have someone else look at this. It was not worth it to waiting almost 3 hours for medical advice from this doctor!

Appointment was at 2:10 did not go in until 3pm it is 3:15pm I'm still waiting to be seen

Dr. Snyder cares about her patients as if they are members of her family. She is thorough and leaves no stone unturned when diagnosing and treating patients. She is a top notch ophthalmologist with superior credentials.

I feel truly blessed to know Dr. Snyder, a warm and intelligent doctor who goes the extra mile for her patients.
