Dr. Jain took over Dr. Cohen’s patients at Progressive Pain & Psychiatry. She was very professional and put our minds at ease about continuing current treatment protocols. Very easy to talk to. We are very pleased to have met her.

I was a patient in the office for 5 years. In that time I saw 8 new nurse practitioners and never had a prob. She doesn’t listen, does whatever she wants with your meds no matter what. Since Jan she has screwed with my rx no matter what I said. I wouldn’t send my dog to dr Jains NP Jane!! Dr Jain has sold the practice. There’s a new dr new staff it’s a mess. Don’t waist your time if you’re hurting!!!!

Limited access to physician. PA centered practice. Indifferent to patient context and history. You will be treated like they are doing you a favor. Dr. Jaines office is like a box of chocolates. You never know what (surprises) your gonna get.

I was referred to see this doctor for my pain management back in 2015. I waited for over an hour to see a doctor. When I was about to leave the office. Nurse Practitioner came to see me. Never had a chance to see a doctor for any consultation. Nurse practitioner wanted my urine sample before leaving the office. When I asked him why needing my urine sample, he simply said they needed it for office record, and I just need to pay my copay. Later I found out that they used an out of network Lab and ordered drug screening, which was not covered by insurance since it was considered to be unnecessary. I have never received a bill from a lab but 4 years later, I received a bill from Rapid Tox Screening LLC for over 5K. Company went thru bankruptcy and now they are billing patients with unpaid bills. This doctor's office is ordering drug screening test without communicating with patients, using out of network labs to collect money. No follow up from a doctor's office nor test results. I… never went back to this office but I am stuck with a bill from a lab that I must negotiate directly with a drug screening company and insurance company that should have been settled 4 years ago. Past appeal periods so I am unable to appeal for the charges.

I made a new patient appt. I was in a room and the nurse practioner came in and told me that the doctor was not in. I started to almost cry. I had a spinal fusion and still have some pain but my pain had been really bad lately. A number 10. It was so bad I couldn’t sleep. The nurse practitioner said your not gonna cry. All you want is pain medication that’s all you want. Her tone was ver nasty. I went to reach for my phone so I could show her my spinal fusion. Well she just got up and told me she diuld come back to talk to me when I was done playing with my phone so out she walked. The assistant came in after that. I told her I was going to leave. She walked me out of the room into the lobby where there were patients. As I was leaving Lin turned and told here the nurse practitioner was very rude. With that being said she walked up to me as fast as she could and pushed me (she hurt me) and pushed me out the door. I told her to not touch me and I called the police. They came out took a… report. I know there story was different than mine (I get report tomorrow Nov 5th I think. Then after all that the owner said that I was not allowed to comeback on the property. If I did I would be charged wit he criminal content the girl who pushed e was I her early 20s. I’m 65. Nothing like this has never happened to me before I just don’t understand what happened and why. I was only looking for a new dictor. I talked to mt pastor and he just couldn’t believe what happened. I can’t either. We’ll see what happens. The girl who pushed me should be fired!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone????????

I made an appointment to see Dr Jain. Paid my co-pay, was taken to a room. A nurse practitioner came in to see me. I asked if Dr. Jain was busy today. I was told that the first visit was with a Nurse practioner. I was referred to Dr. Jain by my current Nurse practitioner, I did not need to see a practitioner I needed to see the Dr. If I had known this I would not have made the appointment. It was a waste of my time, a waste of my money, and a waste of my insurance. I hope you find this information useful when making your decision to see this Dr.

Read reviews on google. His place is awful. In it for money. They don’t care about patients. Under investigation.
