"caring attitude; understands impact of illness on family; provided prescription for the entire family to cover for a possible "weekend epidemic" of conjunctivitis at home; during my son's check-up, asked about my "hurt right shoulder" long after I recovered; followed up on the last seen sick family member (with a big family, it's easy to lose track); discovered a "lump on the neck" of a friend of mine who went to the clinic for hypertension (after being examined by several doctors previously); always smiling no matter how tired; non-judgemental on health issues; treats staff with professionalism, unlike the other physician at that clinic who ordered the "GIRLS" to prep my shoulder for a steroid injection (for a very painful tendonitis) and came back to my room after seeing 3 more patients."
